Man, I've been so busy. My workspace is a mess and I'm trying to clean it up. I did make a few items, which I'm going to post later tonight. I crocheted a cowl, which came out nice and then I made 2 fabric cuffs, which i really love. I also made a cute bag for my 7 inch tablet. I actually carrier it to a New Years Celebration/sleepover. It was the perfect size. I also made 3 rings with copper and stones.
I've decided that I really need to get a nice camera to take the pictures for this blogspot. That's next on my list of things to get/do. The pictures that I've taken already are just okay, not good. you can't see the details of the fabricated items very well at all. Live and learn. I posted some of the fabricated items that i made to Pinterest already. I'm so excited. Posting my own creations is great. I'm just going to post cook stuff and tutorials here.
I'm leaning to just selling my goods to art and craft events, instead of online. I really have a problem with sizing stuff for others. I love presenting my items at the art and craft events and people figuring out what fits them and choosing the correct size for them on the spot. I know that I'd be frustrated mailing purchases out and the sizing not being correct. Well, that decisions made already. I feel better already. I also have a problem keeping up with demand. So, that solves everything right here and now. I hope to have 100-200 items created by April of this year and just sign up for events for late spring and early summer. That way everything is under my control.
I also am going to be under going knee surgery (twice) sometime this year and I don't want to be under the gun and need to produce and can't. I'm so glad that i took the time to really think this out and come to a conclusion that feels good to my spirit.
